  • Overview

    The Registered Dietician will manage the day-to-day wellness activities for the Gold’s Care preventative care business to produce outcome-based results including, but not limited to, contributing to the region’s EBITDA achievement and delivering nutrition programming as it relates to the operations of our new preventative care wellness practice. This position is also responsible for working with our billing company and/or insurance providers, developing and maintaining a business relationship with those providers and implementing an insurance reimbursement practice for our wellness programs, including our various Gold’s Care wellness and fitness programs.


    Conducting client assessments, providing biometric screening, education and nutritional counseling both 1-on-1 and in group settings, establishing client goals, contributing to high quality and specialized wellness program development and delivery, developing meal plans for clients via our technology portal, attending on-site and local community health fairs and events, promoting nutrition through public speaking and community outreach programs, budgeting and accounting for billable events, overseeing insurance reimbursement, maintaining an active provider ID and maintaining current on the latest research in nutritional and food sciences.




    • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
    • Current and unrestricted Registered Dietician license
    • Preferred business background and/or acumen
    • Preferred professional experience in the fitness industry
    • Minimum (2) years in delivering Registered Dietician services
