  • Overview

    The IT Helpdesk Support Representative is responsible for supporting all Gold’s Gym Corporate and Health Club locations with all PC hardware, software applications, peripherals, phone and network connectivity issues.  This position is located at our Corporate office in Dallas, Texas, and is a critical component for providing a high-level of service and support to our internal end-users.



    • Ensure that requests for assistance are properly logged into our ticketing system, assigned and responded to in a timely manner and according to agreed standards and procedures.
    • Work with end users to politely, professionally and properly identify and trouble shoot an issue that they are not familiar with.
    • Open requests with third party vendors for issues like network connectivity from carriers or phone providers.
    • Support end user systems environments with a focus on customer service.
    • Administer and maintain tracking software.
    • Build and configure PCs and peripherals include create and loading OS images.
    • Help with the deployment of new technologies in the field, corporate office and data center. 


    • Must be a team player with an exceptional customer service attitude!
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience. 
    • Specific software and hardware knowledge in Office 365/Exchange, Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications, HP, Dell and/or IBM servers and laptops, Backup Exec, Tanium, Move-It, Websense.
    • Must possess good communication skills; both written and verbal. 
    • Adaptable to changing work methods
